When will updates I need on my site be completed?

Within 24 hours. If you need it sooner, just contact us.

What type of websites do you work with?

Generally we work on all plaforms - html/css, php, wordpress, drupal, joomla, website builders - godaddy, shopify, volusion, squarespace, vistaprint.

Is my information secure?

Yes. Our site is SSL secured and your information will will be kept private and confidential.

What is 7 days/week support?

We work 7 days a week to provide you with the best service when you need it. Our typical email response time is within 1 hour.

What if I need more than 1 update?

No problem. We accept 1 update task per day for a total task allowance time of 30 minutes.

What if I already have a mobile website?

That's fine. We'll review it to ensure it's truly optimized for mobile viewing and advise you of improvements you can make to increase call to action conversion.

What if my site is broken?

We'll fix it. If it's beyond our standard task allowance we'll advise you of some options.

Are there limits to the size of updates I can request?

Yes, Our standard task allowance is 30 minutes. If you request something that's well beyond that we'll notify you.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. If you're not completely satisfied after the first 2 tasks we complete, we'll refund your initial monthly payment in full, no questions asked. This does not apply to our 1-Time Task Plan.

Is there a contract?

Our monthly plans are 12 month terms in order to keep costs low and deliver you the best value.

How long will it take to mobile optimize my website?

Typically within 7 days depending on the size and content of your website.

Do you design new websites?

Yes, while it's not part of our service packages we design and build websites on a case by case basis, contact us for details.
